How long does shipping take?

Mara Labs ships packages worldwide from our facility in Charlottesville, VA. Domestic orders ship via USPS or FedEx 2-Day Air. Shipping by USPS takes around 3-7 business days. International shipments are sent via FedEx and take about 1-2 weeks to arrive. We work hard to deliver your order as soon as possible. You’ll automatically receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

How is my shipping fee calculated?

All domestic (U.S) orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified at checkout. Domestic (U.S.) orders below $99 ship by USPS for $2.99. Domestic (U.S.) orders over $99 ship for free. U.S. customers can opt for expedited shipping by FedEx at checkout. FedEx shipping costs begin at $10.00 ($14.95 for liquid) and are calculated by delivery speed, package weight, and destination address.

Does Mara Labs ship internationally?

Yes, Mara Labs ships internationally by FedEx. Costs are calculated at checkout and determined by destination address. Please contact our Customer Service if you have questions about shipping costs to your area.

How many bottles can I purchase for international shipping?

Most countries have a 90-day supply limit, which means 3 bottles. Please email our customer service team for assistance when placing an international order.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped between 24-48 hours after your purchase. You will also receive an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If you need assistance tracking an order, please contact our customer service.

Do you ship Mara Labs products cold or refrigerated?

No. While it is important to refrigerate Mara Labs products once they arrive at your doorstep, we do not ship our products in cold vehicles or with frozen materials. We account for higher temperatures during shipping and include more product in the capsules to compensate for this. In addition, our products are kept frozen until the moment they are packaged for shipment, to better withstand temperature changes during shipping.

What should I do if my order is damaged, stolen, wrong, or missing?

If your order is damaged, stolen, lost, incomplete or incorrect, please reach out to our customer service team. As a small business, we value your support and will help promptly resolve any issues with your order. Please also consider purchasing shipping insurance at checkout, as this covers any shipping errors or damage by the carrier.

I want to cancel my order, but it has already shipped. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service by phone or email and we will be glad to assist you.

What is Mara Labs’ money-back guarantee?

We offer an 100% money-back guarantee (no questions asked) within 100 days of your first bottle purchased for domestic orders. Just email or call us, and we’ll refund you for your first bottle. If this is a multiple-bottle order, any remaining product must be unopened and returned to us for additional refund. Please contact our customer service if you have questions about returns.

Can I return a product that is past its expiration date?

No. We do not accept returns after 100 days from purchase.

Can I return a product that was shipped internationally?

Unfortunately, international orders do not qualify for returns.
